Response To False And Malicious Publication
Response to false and malicious publication made against me [titled; fake lawyer ikenna udeozo again at NBA Bwari Secretariat while Attempting To Impersonate Canadian-Based Colleague dated April 24 2025].
The said publication amount speculation, label, defamatory un-constitutional and content of court . this is the 4th time this group has been publishing me on social media and internet misleading lawyers and people in the society, NBA Bwari Branch is the 4th branch this group has been using against me with their main strong hold such as Nigeria police.
THE TRUTH FACT OF THE CASE
I am Amanoh Ikenna Richard with a change of name bearing Udeozo Ikenna Richard sometimes on march 2017 I was arrested at Area Command owerri imo state on false allegation of forgery and impersonation after their propoted investigation conducted against me, I was charge to Court with a trump up charge against me, Commissioner of Police vs. Udeozo Ikenna Richard. I was remanded in prison with their malicious publication made against me [titled, my Call to Bar fell inside water fake lawyer ] and later granted bail during the prosecution the so call complainants could not prove their case and the matter was discharged on lack of merit .in that of 2021. I was rearrested again by the same group of enemies and published on punch news paper, with[ title ‘’call to bar fell inside water’’–fake lawyer ] with the effort of Nigerian police I was detained in the cell at divisional police wuse zone 3 FCT-Abuja. Over the same subject matter the court has already presided, I was detained for 4 days after the DPO granted me bail, the said group of my witch hunters reported the matter to Commissioner of police FCT Command Abuja and the matter was assigned to one DSP Abu as at then. I informed the DSP that the matter has already been presided over by a Court of competent jurisdiction, and what was been done is against the law and un-Constitutional.
The DSP told me that it is another group of police that is investigating the matter and weather Judgement has been given or not the matter is in the court and the police has power to investigate. During the investigation I was made to under go serious torture in the hands of DSP Abu and his men.
Finally the matter was charged to the Magistrate Court wuse zone 2 FCT-Abuja with case No CR/WZ11/521/2021 BETWEEN COMMISSIONER VS UDEOZO IKENNA RICHARD I was denied bail by the Magistrate and was remanded in the prison again in the same subject matter that was already presided at the Court during the prosecution the complainant could not prove his case, finally the matter was discharged, I was released from the prison . I filed a case at the FCT High Court Abuja with suit No CV/5444/2024 between IKENNA RICHARD AMANOH VS AMANOH RICHARD IKENNA, COMMISSIONER OF POLICE FCT COMMAND, INSPECTOR GENENAL OF POLICE FORCE HEADQUARTER ABUJA and NIGERIAN POLICE FORCE which is pending before the FCT High Court Abuja.
During the Proceeding of the Court, The Court made an Order directing the parties to maintain status quo ante bellum and restrained 1st 2nd 3rd Respondents from arresting the Applicant pending the determination of this case before this court dated 31st Dec 2024 upon the service of the Court process on the 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th respondents.
The 1st respondent still went further with his agents to write a petition against me in the same subject matter. I was invited to the Force Criminal Investigation department area 10 Abuja. I informed the Police that the case is pending before the High Court Abuja and I was asked to go after some weeks. the 1st respondent with his agents wrote another petition against me at Zone 7 AIG Office in the same subject matter pending before the Court I was invited, I told The Police that this matter is pending before the FCT High Court, they asked me to go.
The agents to 1st Respondent has been threatening me with Police , the act of the 1st Respondent and his agents is un-Constitutional and content of Court.
